Andy Profit
CEO - Founder
Andy started his career as a flight instructor and worked to become the Chief Flight Instructor for Reno Flying Service. He went on to teach aviation at Truckee Meadows Community College. In 1990, he entered the business aviation world as a corporate pilot. He worked for Atlantic Aero as a test pilot on Honda's Aircraft and Engine programs. Andy went on to successfully launch Aircraft Management Services and now leads our team at Momentum Flight Training. During his career, he has logged over 15,000 hours.

J.D. Paschal
Lead Instructor
J.D. boasts an aviation career that spans five decades. During this time, he amassed 41,000 hours of flight time. He spent 35 years of his aviation career in the airlines and worked as a assistant chief pilot, a check-airman and as an FAA designated examiner for the Boeing 727 and 737. J.D. completed his time with the airline flying the Boeing 757 and 767 as an international captain for American Airlines.

Don Wright
Technical Director
Often described as having an inexplicable sense of humor, Don is a unique individual who ensures the technical aspects of the business remain in motion. He is the "happy and proud victim" of a fifty year love affair with aviation, a private pilot and tagged as our organization's "jack of all trades". Over the past two decades, Don has served a Fortune 500 company by managing development, testing, release and user-training of its flagship asset tracking and financial management systems.
